I would like to take this opportunity to introduce Bank Street Sausage & Deli (BSS & Deli). We are one of Ottawa¡¯s largest producers of traditional, quality sausages, European meat products and caterers of high quality specialty deli products. We also specialize in custom smoking, resulting in some of the finest cold smoked Atlantic salmon, chicken and turkey breast hams.

In our production process we do not use preservatives, fillers or flavor enhancing chemicals since our goal, for the last three years, has been to provide our customers with natural products.

We offer numerous catering products allowing customers to choose from a wide variety of Canadian as well as European style Party Platters and Hot Meals. When ordering, please allow 24 hours notice for preparation, then leave the rest to us.

We also supply our products to other fine hotels, stores and restaurants i.e. Marriot Hotel, Chateau Laurier Hotel, Swiss Pastry, Saslove Butcher Shop and Orlink¡¯s Butchery.
